Hunter Strickland is the Director of Acquisitions. He is responsible for finding and vetting potential storage facilities to purchase. Hunter graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Major in Entrepreneurship and has been practicing real estate for the last 6 years with his main focus in industrial and storage space. Hunter previously worked on an industrial team at CBRE servicing a portfolio of 4 million square feet for major industrial REITs. Hunter holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is the 2021 President of the Central Florida district. Hunter has helped clients with site selection and evaluation, lease negotiation, lease analysis, market surveys, tenant buildout analysis and purchase decisions. Hunter also spent time as a project manager for a Florida Design Build firm which has helped him better serve his clients with build out and development needs. His experience with both tenant and landlord representation enables him to add value to both sides of a transaction.
