Kenneth W. Lange, Broker of Record
Ken Lange is the Broker of Record and Principal of Axcess Capital Solutions. He is an innovative and creative business leader with a proven record of implementing business systems that increase profitability. Since getting his real estate license in 2004, Ken has built a reputation of value, integrity, and business acumen. He specializes in commercial and industrial real estate and asset management, ground up conversion and redevelopment, land entitlements, storage conversions, rezoning, and lease-backs.
In addition to his Broker’s license, Ken holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Central Florida, one in accounting, and one in Management Information Systems. Ken further honed his skills as the Director of Research and Market Analytics for a major self-storage investment company. He has since become renowned in the commercial and industrial real estate industry for his business strategy and expertise.
A native Floridian, Ken is passionate about giving back to his community. When he’s not busy cultivating win-win-win situations or pursuing his fitness goals, Ken enjoys dancing, diving, and dining.
Scott Dahin, CCIM
Scott Dahin is one of the Principal for Axcess Capital Solutions. He has officially been in real estate since 2009, though he has been a part of the industry for most of his life. From real estate sales to construction management to flipping houses, Scott’s parents spent 40+ years in the industry, which greatly influenced Scott.
Scott is a top commercial real estate agent, investor, developer, and leader in the local CRW community. Known for going “above and beyond,” being dedicated and a “go-getter,” Scott always gets the job done, providing value, service, and excellence to everyone he works with.
Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration as well as a Mini-MBA from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. For the past two years he has been on the Board of Directors of CCIM as well as part of CIFCAR. He also held the position of treasurer and sat on the board of the Jaycees Junior Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2012. Scott holds three major industry designations: CCIM, CDPE, and CIAS, and won the Hallmark Investment Top Producer award.
When he isn’t busy helping investors reach their financial goals, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, spending time with his family, and giving back to the community.

Korey Noble, Acquisition Analyst
As our acquisition analyst Korey is responsible for finding and vetting potential storage facilities to purchase. Korey has previously worked as an analyst for GHS Investments a private equity fund based in NY where he excelled at reviewing financials, researching industry trends and prospecting for small and mid-cap investments that are poised for exponential growth. Korey’s attention to detail and financial knowledge make him a valued asset for Tricore Investment Group. Korey also has an entrepreneurial spirit and has started two companies from the ground up. His most recent business venture was the creation of an advertising company based in Los Angeles of which he is a founding member and partner.
Mark Jester Baltazar, Acquisitions Associate
Mark Baltazar is a persistent and creative professional whose expertise is in connecting with prospects to uncover interest in investor offerings to develop validated leads in response to marketing initiatives. His focus is on generating new investment opportunities to further expand the firm’s acquisition efforts.
Mark brings over 10 years of expertise in lead generation sales for influencing existing or potential clients and finding motivated sellers in real time. He is extremely successful in understanding the client’s requirements in a short time and presents benefits of selling efforts to win revenue.
